Like the best stories, Secretum Gardae’s adventure began a little by chance, but also a little by fate. It started off with childhood memories, a passion for cosmetics and exciting discoveries. It then found new life in the places, the traditions and the secret beauties of Lake Garda, where Mother Nature is the primal teacher.
Years of research into the beneficial properties of the raw materials found on the shores of the lake followed. We were certain that they played an integral part in the long and happy lives of its inhabitants, as well as in traditional beauty treatments. We were right. And this is how the “Secretum Gardae project” came to fruition.
Leading professionals were immediately enthusiastic about incorporating their research into face serums. The results were astonishing. Further years of research and constant refinement followed, with each product designed to be the perfect synthesis of innovative cosmetic engineering and the ancient secrets of nature.
While the first results were coming in, Secretum Gardae was working closely with a new team of professionals and experts, all convinced that science and a love of nature could offer each other new potential. Our first four outstanding face serums are evidence of this:

I had heard about the intrinsic qualities of the Lake Garda area, but had never been able to discover more about them. With Secretum Gardae, we were finally able to study its spring water, rediscover the precious products of the earth, and study and analyse minerals, plants and flowers. In doing so, we have been able to unlock the secrets of life and beauty that have always made its shores unique.
