Deliveries shall be made within 2-3 working days from when you placed your order, barring unforeseen circumstances, and excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery costs are €5.00 for Italy and €10.00 for other European Union countries (except Cyprus and Malta for which delivery costs are €20.00).
Delivery is free when you purchase two or more products.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Directive 2011/83/EU, the Customer/Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without needing to give a reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer/Consumer must inform Secretum Gardae S.r.l. of his or her decision to withdraw from the purchase contract by sending written communication by post to the address SECRETUM GARDAE S.r.l., Via A. Gramsci, 16, 25080 Padenghe sul Garda (BS), or by e-mail, to the address info@secretumgardae.com.

In order to give notice within the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of exercising the right of withdrawal
By exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer/Consumer will be fully reimbursed for any payment made to Secretum Gardae S.r.l., including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which Secretum Gardae S.r.l. is made aware of the decision on the part of the Customer/Consumer to withdraw from the purchase contract.
Such reimbursement shall be made within 14 days of the return of the goods and confirmation of their condition using the same payment method used by the Customer/Consumer for the original transaction, unless the Customer/Consumer has agreed otherwise; in any event, he/she shall not incur any costs with regard to the reimbursement.
The Customer/Consumer shall return the goods, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which he/she communicated his/her decision to withdraw from the purchase contract, to the address indicated below:

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer/Consumer.
The Customer/Consumer shall be liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and condition of the goods themselves.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the case of sealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of health or hygiene and have been opened after delivery.
