The formula

This face serum contains micro-encapsulated salicylic acid, Garda lemon extract, betaine and hyaluronic acid. They work together to help reduce blemishes on combination or oily skin, and maintain a brighter, fresher and more even appearance.

Salicylic acid, known in medicine for its antipyretic, anti-rheumatic and antineuralgic properties, is also widely used in cosmetics and dermatology to stimulate the exfoliation of excess dead skin cells on the surface of the skin, to aid skin regeneration and to activate the production of collagen and elastin by fibroblasts. It also has purifying and re-balancing properties.

Garda lemon extract revitalises the skin to give a smoother and brighter complexion, while betaine and hyaluronic acid provide soothe the skin and provide deep, long-lasting hydration, while at the same time helping to regenerate it.

Its delicate fragrance with citrus notes leaves your skin feeling detoxified and rejuvenated.

Effectiveness

The efficacy of our purifying Puritas Serum has been validated by in vivo testing carried out by the Department of Cosmetology at the University of Ferrara on a sample of fifteen volunteers, both female and male, all over the age of eighteen, who used the product once a day for thirty days.

The test was conducted using sebumeters and optical detectors. The parameters measured were the production of sebum (T0 and T4 weeks) and the presence and variation of blackheads (pre- and post-treatment).

The results were truly exceptional: the test revealed a 41.27% decrease in the production of sebum after 30 days’ use of the product and a significant reduction in both the number and the severity of blackheads. In particular, a significant reduction was observed in the number of more oxidised blackheads, which are the most difficult to treat.

In short, the test showed that Puritas is capable of controlling sebum production, cleansing the skin and reducing blackheads, making it particularly beneficial for those with oily, acne-prone skin.

How to use
